What: ProvenCare®: Reliable Delivery of Best Practices for Acute Episodic Care
An intensive two-day conference that provides the strategies and tools essential for successful transition to value- or performance-based care through reengineered delivery of care for acute episodic conditions. The program addresses reliability science, establishing provider engagement for implementing standardized best practices, developing risk-based pricing, and establishing mechanisms for patient engagement.
